When I saw this little piece of news yesterday, I almost yelped at my desk. The Limited is coming out with a Scandal Inspired clothing line, designed with help from Kerry Washington (AKA Olivia Pope!) There will be over 70 items, ranging from just $49 to $250.
In a press release, Kerry was quoted saying "By creating a line inspired by the show, we are introducing a collection
that embodies the elegance and power of the Scandal aesthetic for
real-life gladiators and everyday fashionistas". Sounds amazing! Suddenly I am feeling inspired to "handle" things today at work. Imagine my productivity when I am actually wearing the clothes.
Scandal premieres Thursday September 25th. Shonda Rhymes now has a 3 hour block on Thursdays, thanks to her new show, How To Get Away with Murder. Let's just say that I will be suggesting that Seth works late on Thursday from September 25 to mid May.
PS - If I don't get a white coat, I might cry!
